Skewers recipe - day 6

May Holidays in Russia: better than take-out!

For many Russians, May holidays mean one thing: grill time! It’s the season of smoky flavors, sunny days, and long, relaxed meals with family and friends. The atmosphere is easy, happy, and full of good vibes.

Cooking barbecue yourself is part of the fun. You choose the ingredients, make your own marinade, and cook everything just the way you like it. Sure, takeout is easy, but homemade food just hits different. From classic shashlik to fun new recipes, everything tastes better fresh off the grill. Enjoy!
