What you need:- tofu
- lemon and garlic marinade
- red pepper
- zucchini
- red onion
How to make the skewers:1. Cut tofu into bite-sized square pieces.
2. Put tofu cubes into a Ziploc back and add marinade. The longer you marinade the better the flavor.
3. Roast tofu for 10 min until they are a little bit crispy.
4. Alternate tofu with cut vegetables.
5 Brush the skewers with the left-over marinade and grill for another 10-15 min .
