And yes, it’s totally barbecue season! Russians love cooking shashlik over an open fire. Classic options are pork, chicken, and sausages. But if you want something a bit fancy, you can grill salmon, shrimp, lamb chops, or even steak. Great food, fresh air, and good vibes—what could be better?

What you need:- Italian dressing
- soy sauce
- salt, pepper, garlic
- sirloin steak
- vegetables of your choice (red onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, and bell peppers)
- if you want fancy you could add pineapples pieces
How to make the skewers:1. Cut steak into bite-sized square pieces.
2. Put meat into a Ziploc back and add marinade. (2 parts Italian dressing and 1 part soy sauce). Marinade for at least 6 hours.
3. Alternate vegetables of your choice with steak pieces.
4. Roast for 15 min on medium high heat. Could add rice as a side dish.
