- Melt the honey until small bubbles , add soda it will foam up , constantly stir , when the colour is dark brown pour it in a diffrent bowl.
- Mix eggs on a low speed for 1 minute, then on a high speed add sugar and mix until the big foam add honey (cooled down) and mix on a medium speed (don't mix for long) add oil and part 1 of the flour mix on a low speed then add the rest of the flour mix on a low speed (do not use your hands!)
- Put the mixture in a baking tray, bake for 20 minutes on 180C (until golden)
- Let it cool , cut the round honey base (the rest use for the pieces of cake)
For the filling cream :
Mix whipping cream then add sour-cream and vanilla (don't mix sour-cream and cream too long, use medium speed)
To create a cake: Use a a saran wrap to cover your bowl , put layers: first layer cream, then pieces of honey cake, then the filling , then cream again and pieces of cake, then the filling , at the end put the round honey base put a plate on top as well and then add weight to help press your cake a little bit (leave the cake in a fridge for 8-12 hours)
Turn the cake on the plate , use the rest of your cream for the top of the cake and crumbes to decorate the cake
