For the meringue:
100 gr egg whites (3-4 eggs)
200 gr sugar
25 gr cornstarch
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
vanilla
Filling
150 gr cream (33%)
200 gr cream cheese
40-50 gr powdered sugar
Jello:
150 gr berries
35 gr sugar
2 gr gelatin
15 gr water

Ingredients :

Put your egg whites together with sugar over boiling water using bain-marie middle heat so the water is not boiling very strongly
warm the egg mixture to the 60-70C
Mixing bowl and whisks for your mixer rub with lemon juice (anti fat)
Beat your egg mixture until it's stiff
Add cornstarch and lemon juice
Beat for 30 seconds
Preheat the oven for 150 C
Put your merengues on a baking tray
When baking low the oven temperature to 100C
Bake for around 55 minutes - 1 hour 5 minutes
For the jello could pre-made before cooking merengues :
Mix your gelatin with water
boil berries with sugar
drible your gelatin mixture into the berries mixture
mix constantly
Put it in a diffrent bowl let it sit
