Pancake day



  • kefir 2/3 (or sour milk)
  • milk 1/3
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of baking soda
  • 1 eggs
  • all- purpose flour (add until medium thickeness )
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
Ingredients :
Preheat lightly oiled pan
1.Fry on medium heat
2. Flip over your pancake and fry on another side
3. Put a small piece of butter on top
4. Stack your pancakes
*tbs- tea spoon (чайная ложка)
