500 gr pork meat ground
500 gr chicken meat ground
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 onion small
1 bell pepper
50 gr cilantro (or any green herb you prefer)
3-4 cloves of garlic
100 gr butter, softened
spices (black pepper, paprika, coriander, dry garlic, any spice you like)
Ingredients:
Instructions :
Grind meat , then grind onion (strain it- no juice), grind bell pepper ( strain it as well)
Combine everything together , using electrical mixer on high speed whisk for arond 5-6 minutes
For long sausauges and put them on the sticks
Put them in a fridge
Preheat the oven from 220C - 240 C (convection mode)
Bake around 10 minutes (it's ready when the juice from meat is clear and not red)
