  • 150 gr mashed strawberry (puree)
  • 200 gr heavy cream (need to be in a fridge for 7-8 hours before use)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1-2 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 100 gr condensed milk

  • Mix (with a mixer) all the ingredients together except strawberry puree
  • Gently fold in strawberry puree
  • Freeze overnight

  • Milk + sugar + vanilla put on a simmer bring it to a boil (until sugar is disolved)
  • Take it of the stove , let it cool
  • take egg yolk + icing sugar combine ot together with a spatula or whisk (to not mix long)
  • combine yolk mixture with milk put it on a low heat
  • bring it to a simmer constantly mix the mixture (until small bubbles appear)
  • put a food wrap in contact with the mixture and put it in a fridge
  • using electrical mixer beat your heavy cream
  • combine with a egg mixture and gently fold it in with a spatula
  • pour it into the ice-cream molds and freeze or put it in your ice-cream maker churn it and then freeze
