Homemade pizza (not for Italians)



Dough :
  • (500 ml) warm milk
  • 11 gr quick rise (dry)or active yeast (1 package yeast)*
  • 40g granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 650-700 gr flour
  • pinch of salt
The filling:
  • tomato sauce (or adjika for more spice or any hot sauce)
  • black olives cut
  • pickles cut
  • sausages cut
  • grated cheese (the best is smoked suluguni )
Ingredients :
  • Preheat oven to 220°
  • Mix dough dry ingredients together
  • Add warm milk and oil
  • Knead the dough let it rise in a fridge overnight if the dough is too sticky add more flour
  • Roll out the dough into rectangle, put the filling on top
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes (until just slightly golden brown )
