The festival takes place every year in the beautiful gardens of Ludwigsburg Palace. Visitors can see thousands of pumpkins and squash in many shapes, colors, and sizes. There are pumpkin soups, pumpkin bread, and even pumpkin ice cream! Sometimes the pumpkins are so small they look like you could squash them by mistake!

Don’t miss out on the Ludwigsburg Residential Palace (Residenzschloss), one of the biggest Baroque palaces in Germany. It has lovely gardens, fountains, and statues, perfect for a relaxing autumn walk.
