Bowl number 1
  • 110g melted unsalted butter
  • 30g cocoa powder (optional)
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp espresso (optional)
  • ~ 2 eggs
  • ~ 150 gr chocolate melted
Bowl number 2
  • 120g all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
Ingredients :
Preheat oven to 180°
1. Mix bowl 1 ingredients together
2. Mix bowl 2 ingredients together then add them to bowl 1
3. Gently fold together
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes
*tbs- tea spoon (чайная ложка)
gr- gram (грам)
pinch - a little bit (щепотка)
