• Preheat oven to 210-220C
1. Mix butter, sugar and a pinch of salt , then add egg, mix throughly , split the dough into 2 round parts , bake until light golden brown color on the borders
2.Souffle :
Mix butter and condensed milk until white color
In another bowl mix egg whites + pinch of salt + a teaspoon of lemon juice mix until dense structure
3 Syrup:
add water + agar -agar , boil the mixture, then add sugar and very quickly mix, take it off and let it cool down
3. Add syrup to the egg whites mixture , mix very well together on a medium speed, then add butter with condensed milk
